Bottled, thanks fiulijn! Near black, rich head. Salty licorice aroma. Dry, full bodied with clean mouthfeel. Salmiak and salt, some aniseed. Salty bitter finish. Flavourful but shallow.

Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a huge brown head. The aroma has notes of odd fruits, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of yeast, malt, caramel, and cocoa, leading to a dry finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a cloudy deep orangey brown with a lacing beige head. Dark dried fruits in the nose. Medium body only, not thick and chewy with a very bitter finish from both hops and roast. An odd Stout, and to me not exactly a masterpiece. 230512

Very dark brown colour with a red hue. Aroma is hoppy and also has some burnt, smokey notes. Flavour is sweet and bitter. The bitterness coming both from the hops and also the roasted, burnt malts.

Bottle. Thanks to Countbeer for this one! Opaque, dark brown liquid with huge, foamy tan head. Long lasting head. Aroma of tropical fruit, grapefruit, coffee, chocolate, ash, dark fruit, red berries (blackberries), caramel and some rye. Very hop forward for an imperial stout. Taste is light to medium sweet and medium bitter with notes of coffee, roasted malt, licorice, smoke and some alcohol. Medium bodied with OK carbonation. Maybe a bit thin for the style. Good beer but it seems to not have decided which way to go. A bit too much going on at the same time, not really balanced.
