A wonderful dry apple cider infused with a bit of the sun-soaked sweetness of raspberries makes for a delicious dry and tart sparkling cider with gentle effervescence. You’ve never experienced raspberries in a glass quite like this! The full raspberry flavour is captured in a way that will undoubtedly wow you. It’s liquid raspberry in a glass with a hint reminiscent of tart cranberry on the finish, and it must be tried to be believed.

On tap at The Cider House, pours a clear bright red with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright raspberries, moderate apples, and light sweetness. Flavour is bright and very fruity, with deep raspberries, some earthiness, and lots of apple core. Lots of earthy raspberries on the finish with fairly low residual sweetness. Decent.

Taster from fhe bottle on BC Cider Fest 2017. Pours a clear rose-ish with almost no head. Aroma is just disgusting like car emissions. Taste is similar with raspberry notes. Bad.

Bottle - fresh raspberry and leafy herbal notes. Orange pink. Semi sweet raspberry and a nice light herbal note. Dry with a little acidity. Decent for what it is.
