Draft at 7 Bridges, Hoi An. Poured a clear golden colour with a short-lived frothy white head. The aroma is crushed apples, herbal. The flavour is moderate sweet, with a crisp, fresh, juicy sugary apple, light herbal palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Really didn’t get any ginger in this cider or anything even remotely spicy for that matter. Had to check with the bar staff that I’d actually been served the correct drink.

Draft - Sweet baked apple and Ginger. Clearish gold with a decent white head. Cooked apple pie with astringency in the finish.
