330mL bottle at East Van Cider Fest 2026, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is full of spicy chili, crisp apple skins, and light sugars. Flavour is very sweet, offset a bit by the chili. Very simple and sweet but partially rescued by the chili.

Draft - Crisp apple flesh with some chilli notes. Clear gold with a decent frothy head. Apple and Chilli heat that hits the back of the throat. Chilli is a big hit, more feeling than taste.
