Howling Moon's Revolution is made with a majority of heritage cider apples from our farm, and fermented to almost complete dryness.
Part of the original Steampunk Series, this is a lighter body crisp cider with pronounced tannins and subtle smokiness. Pairs well with smoky BBQ, grilled nightshade vegetables, and wild BC Salmon.

Okay light gold body with modest foam. Notes of vanilla on the nose, sweet apple, soft twig. Flavour is a slightly bitter apple, vinegar notes. Mouthfeel is a little thin and no residual sugar. Simply okay.

On tap at VCBW Festival 2017, pours a clear blonde with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out medium sweetness and red apples. Flavour is slightly less sweet, with crisp red apples, light sweetness and a champagne-like crispness. Crisp and fairly highly carbonated, which works well. Very good.
