7.4
Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5

On tap at McGillicuddy’s Five Corners, Essex Junction, VT.
The appearance was a slight copper color with a bar pour’s kind of slim white foamy head that gently dissipated at a good pace.
The aroma blended some rye sweet and spiciness flowing on into some lime, and then underneath the ginger.
The flavor seemed to hit in the spicy department first and then the ginger and lime came through somewhat. Decent combined aftertaste flowing on in through the aftertaste and into the finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Good carbonation. ABV felt fine. Ginger and rye don’t distract in too much spicy harshness along my tongue, felt good for the most part.
Overall, since I’m a fan of ginger and rye, I liked it for the most part. Did the lime assist in the enjoyment of this one? Well, I guess so. I’d have this one again.

Draft - Earthy ginger and some sweetness. Clear gold with a small white head. Lots of raw ginger with some heat. True to the ginger.

On Tap at the Bellingham BP Clear golden orange with a thin brief off white head. Light malt and lots of ginger in the aroma. Big fruity ginger flavors and an otherwise lightly hopped pale. Clean palate and smooth quick finish,.

Draught at the brewery
Golden to light amber color. Strong ginger beer, yet relatively clean, and expectedly soapy. A god Ginger beer, yet not a good beer.

On tap at Aslan, pours a clear golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is lovely, with sparkling ginger and maybe a touch of rye. Flavour really showcases the ginger well, though it is very potent, with a floral quality in back. Nicely constructed and pleasant. Good stuff.
