Bonne Saison fermière selon moi... Les levures apportent un coté poivré et un goût d’abricot. Je note la présence d’orange amère en finale.

Draft - Funky, orange and a touch herbal notes. Cloudy copper gold with a decent white head. Light bitter herbal notes with a dry finish. There is something not good here and bland to boot.

Tasting at Matt’s
Cloudy dull golden color. The aroma is loaded with vegetables, clearly infected; the closes thing I’m thinking of is classic infected beers from France. Dry and well carbonated mouthfeel; a bit spicy, but the flavor is overwhelmed by the infection, vegetable soup, tomatoes, blood.
.Undrinkable and unsellable.

500mL bottle, pours a cloudy dark golden orange with a medium white head. Aroma brings out earthy hoppiness upfront, followed by rustic farmhouse yeast. Flavour brings out lots of dental floss and dental clinic notes, followed by rustic farmhouse yeast, and earthy notes. The dental notes are really strange, making this pretty put-offish. Not good.
