Tasting at Matt’s, growler
Amber color, clean, with almost no head. The Brett is very prominent, it blends well with the caramel and malt backbone; nice fruity touch, some vanilla, mild acetic notes; woody final, a bit astringent. Soft. Nice.

Growler - Brett and orange funk. Clear Amber with a small white head. Funky Brett and some fruity notes. Not bad.

Growler, pours a clear dark copper with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out lots of brett upfront, followed by toasted crackery malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with toasted biscuity malt and very dry brett. Not overly complex, with a dry, funky finish. Solid stuff.
