Red-amber color, small head. Some currant aroma, but also nice biscuity malts. Decent malt flavor, a bit biscuity, rather dry mouthfeel, with just a tad of currant, but also not as hoppy as an IPA.
Ok.

Slight haze, thin head, light pinkish-red colour. Nice blackcurrant nose, moderate bitterness, nice berry, slight tartness. Won’t say it comes together even though I like the blackcurrant.

650mL bottle, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out notes of resinous hops and some subdued black currant fruitiness. Flavour brings out notes of residual sweetness, black currants, and light resinous hops. Not overly cohesive, but it's drinkable. So-so... unremarkable.

Works pretty well and well balanced. Golden pour with good head and lacing. Only a light bit of berry like organic muffins. Some citrus from hops. Bitter and sour finish. Bottle pour at liquor store.
