Light red/pink pour with a large white head. Aroma is spectacular tart cherries with some subtle oak, and earthy wood aromas. Light barnyard aromas, slightly funky, and a touch it stone fruit. Effervescent carb, with a lively mouth feel. Crisp, and tart, and extremely refreshing. Loads of cherries and light vanilla and wood. Bright, and fruity, an incredible beer.

500ml bottle. Bottled 2017-07-31. Pours a red-ish golden with a white head. Aroma is a bit sweet with cherries and barrel notes, somewhat similar to the Cantillon Kriek. Taste is with cherry and woody notes. Refreshing and sophisticated. Good.

Bottle - Very nice soured cherry. Cloudy copper with a small white head. Really nice sweet and sour cherry with a touch of cheese in the finish. Very nice.

Wow, c’est tout en délicatesse encore une fois de leur part!! La cerise est présente et discrète à la fois, donc c’est l’équilibre à l’état pur. L’effervescence est nulle. Le bois (et la vanille) n’est pas trop présent, ce qui laisse toute la place aux autres ingrédients pour s’exprimer. L’acidité est franche sans nous faire grimacer pour autant. Honnêtement, je ne verrai plus les cerises à grappe qui poussent au fond de mon terrain de la même façon dorénavant ;-)
