Draft - Touch of toast and some fruit. Deep dark brown with a small white head. Light toasty notes with raisin. A bit earthy.

On tap at Luppolo, pours a deep dark red with a small beige head. Aroma is quite astringent, with a toasted malt and wood varnish nose. Flavour is similar, with some perfumey notes, bbblegum, some caramel and red fruits. Something seems a bit off here, as it finishes a bit tart and is too bubblegum-y. Not terrible, but needs tweaking.

Draught at the brewery
Dark mahogany color. Mild aroma, some notes of hefe yeast and some notes of dark malts. The mouthfeel is lean; it has a rather strong bubblegum character that doesn’t blend well with the dark malts, low sweetness that decreases in the final, and traces of fennel.
So and so.
