Black color with generous head. Ashy aroma. Lots of roasted nuts; the mouthfeel is very dry; a bit biscuity, not necessarily peanut butter.
Ok beer.

Draft - Nitro - Lots of roast and toast. Jet brown with a rich light brown head. Dark roast and roasted peanuts. Simplistic and lots of roast rather than creamy peanut, but OK.

On tap at Gruff, pours a deep dark brown with a reddish tinge and a large cascading tan head. Aroma brings out the peanut butter upfront, with subdued oats and roast. Flavour is smooth and dry, with lots of dry peanuts and oats. A little more muted than the regular Nitro Stout surprisingly, with less depth. Decent.
