Draught at 12 Kings, Vancouver, 5.8% ABV
Hazy, dark blond color; the head dissipates quickly. The first approach is dry, almost crispy; but then we are reminded that this is a Postmark beer, shallow, weak. No evidence of orange peel or quality hops.
Clean, but very basic, simple.
Winter wheat, what’s the point?

On tap at 12 Kings, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out wheat notes and some crackery malt. Flavour is quite dry, with crackery malt and whispy wheat notes. Clean and drinkable, but extremely boring as one would expect from such a beer. Meh.

Light citrus and some bubblegum. Light hazy golden pour with ok head. Light tangy finish. Not much to this Tap at the guild.
