Draught at Eet & Bierlokaal De Molen
Muddy dark brown color with creamy head. Mild aroma of raspberries and chocolate, but also dusty. Weak body, with light chocolate flavor, and strong feeling of artificial liquorice, with very light fruitiness and sourness, and ending strong astringency; like swallowing sand.
Unpleasant.

Bottle @ Scooper Tasting in Ulfborg. Pours cloudy very dark brown with small light tan head. Looks like a Porter. Clear, sweetish aroma of orange lemonade. Vinous flavour of strawberries, complemented with notes of chocolate and sour cherries. Vinous aftertaste. Weird. Not bad as such, though. Just not my pint of ale, you know.

Bottle, 75cl corked. A dark brown beer topped by a small, beige head. Unclear. The aroma has quite a lot of berries, as well as coffee and chocolate. Roasted notes. The flavor is pretty much like fresh raspberries with cocoa and chocolate, and with a roasted maltyness in the back. It’s full-bodied and quite dry, with a pleasant carbonation level. Quite acidic. Roasted, chocolate finish with a good dose of raspberries. Well, a dark, roasted beer with raspberries sounds like a good idea, and it is, but this one isn’t very interesting. 131123
