Macro musty cider, with some sweet, earthy ginger added. Finish is quite sweet, almost cloying, with an earthy ginger kick. Not great.

Sampled from a 12 oz clear bottle this cider poured a dark amber color with a trace soapy white head that faded instantly and left no lacing. The aroma was fresh ginger and apple juice. The flavor was ginger powder, apple peel and apple juice. Long finish. Medium body. Solid.

Can - Ginger soda and some apple, more sweet than anything else. Clear gold with a small white head. Sweet ginger and apple notes.
