Draught at Callister, Vancouver
Murky light amber color, dull, with barely any head. Nice aroma of hop cones, hop resins. The malt flavor is anonymous, the hop soup provides harsh resins, hop oils, and too strong vegetable (chicory, cabbage) component, for a harsh and unpleasant final (I wish I could give 0).
Selling this is really amateurish, I wish they had the guts to accept that the beer is not good and pull it out.

Draft - Sweet caramel and a bit of higher booze. Cloudy gold with no head. Woody and a bit herbal with a nice bitterness. Not bad, but the fresh hop doesn’t really pop.

On tap at Callister. Pours a hazy straw golden with a white head. Aroma is slightly sweet with tropical fruits a piney hops. Taste is pretty the same with quite aggresive piney bitterness. A little bit harsh, but still good though.

On tap at Callister, pours a cloudy opaque orange with a small white head. Aroma is very fruity and perfumey, with lots of phenols. Flavour is harsh, with lots of phenols, perfumey hops and fruity hop resins. Too harsh with the alcohol. Needs work.
