Our 4 Steiner is brewed using only selected Pilsner and Munich malts from Bamberg, Germany to create a deep golden appearance. We use Bavarian grown Hallertau hops and aromatic Czech Saaz hops to create a pleasant hop balance. A slow and cold fermentation takes place using a Bavarian monetary brewery yeast strain. After extensive cellarin, a highly quaffable beer is produced.

Nice foam on a heavily carbonated yellow body. Soft sweet grain in the nose, just too faint. Flavour is soft sweet hops. Medium on the mouth. Drinkable but a very average pilsner.

On tap at Four Mile, pours a clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is pretty mellow, with light grassiness and dry biscuity malt. Flavour brings out crisp grassy hops and a subdued biscuity malt backbone. Decently balanced, clean and thirst-quenching. Solid pilsner.
