This American style Pale Ale is a clean and hop forward beer. Its character hails from mild grainy caramel malt with an abundant amount of American hops that offer a firm bitter finish. True to its origins in Chico California, this brew is a refreshingly hoppy ale!

Draft - Buttery caramel and leafy notes. Clear gold with a rich white head. Bitter and caramel notes with a dry finish. Meh.

On tap at Swans Hotel, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out light floral hopping and biscuity malt. Flavour is quite floral and soapy in the hop department, with soft biscuity malt. Floral finish with a soft palate. Solid.
