Cask special
The sour punch bowl is a pretty special one ! So I soured it during a secondary fermentation using the dregs (dregs are the yeast and other souring bacteria that are left in the bottom of a bottle) from a Cantillon Belgian Sour (Cantillon is a famous Belgian brewery). It soured for six months and then I dry hopped it with 50g of Ella to give it a fruity punch! It should taste tart up front then finish with a big fruit bomb of hops thanks to the Mosaic, Citra and Amarillo already in punchbowl and the added Ella dry hop.

On cask at Garrick's Head, pours a cloudy murky yellow win a small white head. Aroma brings out big notes of melon upfront, followed by a touch of dankness from the hops, citrus and coriander. Flavour is similar, tasting more like a traditional wit, with citrus and light coriander upfront, and a touch of melon. Not bad, but I don't care for it much.

Draft - Soured tropical fruits. Hazy gold with a decent white head. Soure funky citrus peel and a sour peel finish. Lots of bitter and sour peel.
