Has a simple smell of sweet apples, a nice yellow body with no foam. Flavour is good dry apple though simplistic. Good crispness on the mouth. It's nice and drinkable though pretty straightforward.

Taster from the bottle on BC Cider Fest 2017. Pours a clear pale golden with no head. Aroma is dry apples. Similar taste. Quite good.

Bottle - Light fleshy and peel notes. Clear gold with a small bubbles. Tart peel and acidic with a dry finish.

Bottle at Salt Spring Wild, pours a clear pale yellow with a few bubbles. Aroma is bone dry, with champagne-like effervescence. Flavour is likewise bone dry, with dry green apple skins and a champagne-like carbonation. One-dimensional but refreshing and great for a hot day on the lazy island.
