Poured from 473mL can. Lightly cloudy pale yellow with almost no white head. Fairly lingering ginger with mild apple.

Pours very white with clearness, slight yellow tints, barely any foam. The aroma is very fresh ginger, barnyard even, hay and hog's hair, earthiness to the nines that one wouldn't normally see in ginger beverages. Flavour is soft apple with muddy ginger, unwashed and thrown straight in to the tank; the sweetness balances out the ginger earthiness, it ends up workiing well in the end. Full mouthfeel. Original review text: Pours a thick yellow and pretty good foam, stormy carbonation. Huge fresh ginger on the nose, slightly lemony, slightly septic, rather thick. Flavour is plenty of ginger, slight apple, mellow crisp carbonation. Somehow thin on the back end. Good flavours, but seems a little heavy handed.

Can at The Gull, North Vancouver
Hazy pale blond colour. Dry, fruity, a bit vegetable, with moderate ginger character. Not as offensive as other detergent-ginger ciders, maybe because the ginger is not as strong.
Still, a meh product.

On tap at VCBW Festival 2017, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of pungent fresh ginger, with subdued dry apple crispness. Nothing overly special, but it's pleasant. Original review text: 473mL can, pours a cloudy blonde with a tiny white head. Nose is full of spicy ginger, moderate sweetness and apple skins. Flavour is medium dry, with ginger, apple skins, and a touch of sweetness. Not much depth, but the ginger is a nice touch. Solid enough.

Bottle - Hot fresh ginger. Cloudy gold. Ginger and Apple, not as prominent as the strong ginger on the nose. Both flavors come out nicely, but very aggressive.
