We’ve rounded up six varieties of apples and add a warm touch of American oak, to create a wine that will remind you of dappled sunlight streaming through the lace curtains of the farm house parlor. This wine has a gentle, smooth and refreshing, clean apple taste that is a perfect guest on the veranda.

From the bottle, at the farm
So pale, almost transparent. Compared to the sparkling apple, this off-dry cider has no carbonation, and this may be for the better, the wood is not very strong but it seems to hide the flaws, and therefore it doesn't taste anymore like cider, it tastes like cheap white wine.

Very faint straw body, like white wine. Murky wood mixed with sweet apple on the nose, very boozy, wood notes not really rising above the heavy alcoholic apple. Flavour is soft vanilla and cheese, missing the sweetness of the apple. Full mouthfeel and the alcohol is well hidden. Yet, neither element stands out.

Bottle - Lots of Woody and earthy notes. Pale straw. Very earthy and Woody. A bit muddles and no acidity.

Bottle, pours a clear pale yellow. Nose brings out fresh dry apples and a little wood. Flavour is very oaky, with dry apples and a white wine quality on the finish. Even dryer than the regular apple wine, with added oakiness. Good stuff.
