Refreshingly complex, this Belgian farmhouse style ale has a dry body and a bright straw-coloured hue. The yeast lends a mild spice and earthy characteristic. This beer is as approachable as a patio on a Chinook day.

On tap at Banded Peak, pours a cloudy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma is estery, with candi sugar, floral notes and saison yeast. Flavour is too estery, with floral notes, saison yeast and candi sugar. A little too estery. Not convinced by the utilization of the yeast. Not great.

473ml can at Dylan's in Lethbridge. Pours a cloudy gold-yellow with a small, fizzy, short lived, off-white head that leaves spotty lacing. Mild aroma of wheat malt, Belgian yeast, lemon, light spice and floral hops. Sweet flavour of wheat malt, Belgian yeast, apple, lemon rind, clove, black pepper and floral hops in a dry finish. Light body with a watery texture and soft carbonation. Refreshing and easy to drink. Not bad.

From my wife: pours gold with white head. Aroma is hints of Belgian yeast, flowers, hints of hops. Taste is slightly bitter. Somewhat watery. Easy to drink. Fine.
