On tap. Pours a hazy gold-yellow with a small, foamy, long lasting, white head that laces. Aroma of wheat malt, lemon, black pepper, clove and mild funky yeast. Sweet flavour of wheat malt, lemon, peppercorn, stone fruit, rye and yeast with a dry, mildly tart finish. Light to medium body with a smooth, oily texture and soft carbonation. Enjoyable and easy to drink.

Draft - Nice light fruity yeast notes. Clearish gold with a small white head. Dry estery and some nice peppery notes. Solid.
