This kettle soured ale is proof that sometimes the best notes fall outside of traditional scales. Pucker Plucker is an ale infused with cherries & augmented with lively lactobacillus; adding a little gui-tartness. Don’t fret... sit back and strum the sour note.

650 mL bottle poured. Slightly hazy golden poutr with a fizz ring head. A grainy cherry apple aroma. Creamy sweet red cherry flavor. A little more sweet than sour. Odd sour here. Its like candy all throughout. A lot of apple to it. Tries to be a fruity cider. Strange beer but nothing off-putting. Pretty good.

Bottle - Nice soured malts with a sour cherry candy note. Cloudy gold with a rich white head. Sweet soured notes with a bit of a chalky note. Not enough oomph in flavor or acidity.
