Regularly available at the brewpub, served under air pressure from tanks. May occasionally appear elsewhere in cask.
Copper Coloured ale, similar to an English bitter, but in the style adapted by the craft-brewers of the U.S. West Coast. Rich malt flavours combine with distinctive floral and fruity flavours (peach and grapefruit) from American Cascade and Centennial hops.

On tap at Zerodegrees Cardiff. Dark golden/pale amber coloured, small white to off-white head, malty herbal nose. Moderate malty, light caramel, herbal hoppy and touch of fruits with moderate bitterness in the finish. Bit metallic. Ok one but nothing special here.

Reading branch. Flight. 01/12/16. Cheese aroma. Not getting peach or grapefruit. Bright amber. Creamy head. Light bitter. Biscuity. Malt. Really understated. However rescued by the full enjoyable mouthfeel.

Served at the Zerodegrees brewpub in Bristol. Copper coloured, with a floral and hoppy aroma. Best of the 5 beers we tried there and chose this one as a 5 pint take away.

Cask at NWAF 2012. Amber with an off-white head. Hoppy and fruity aroma with citrus and malt. Quite sweet with a slightly artificial fruit flavour and a lightly citrussy finish with a mild bitterness. Not the most refreshing APA, but decent enough. (2013-01-25)

(tap@Zerodegrees, SE London) Amber/copper pour with a thin white dissipating head. orange flavour. Aroma/Taste is caramel malt with faint hop hints of grapefruit and has a bitter finish. Bit cold after initial pour but better once warmed up slightly. Decent. (d14)

On tap at Zero Degrees, Reading. Bright amber with a scummy off-white head; toffee aroma; too cold at first, and lively in the mouth, but showing an immediate fresh grassy bitterness over some caramel malts; the finish is pleasantly bitter with a touch of pepper; and the whole thing improves as it warms up.
