On Tap at the Bellingham brewery Dark brown with redish highlights. No head, a few bubbles trying to be lacing. Tart woody sweet maltiness. Pie Cherries...yes. LIngering woody tartness.

On tap at Aslan, pours a hazy dark amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of lacto upfront, followed by light oak and vinous hops from the Nelson. Flavour is very complex, bringing out notes of lacto, light oak and lover Nelson Sauvin hops. Complex, harmonious and deep. Really nice stuff.

Draft - Plum and pommegrainte with nice tartness. Clear copper with a decent white head. Earthy, pepper and some savoury notes. Can’t place. Finish is lightly sour and a bit fruity. Interesting and complex.
