Bottle online from Beerhouseshop.be. Pours very very dark brown almost black with a large thick creamy beige head. Aromas of roasted malts, dark fruits, coffee, chocolate and bread. Taste has the same notes as the aroma with a little added brown sugar and a nice burnt roasty finish. Light to medium body and a fairly smooth and slightly oily mouthfeel. Nice one.

Thanks to Jef V. for this nice beer. Roasted malts, caramel and toffee. Faint chocolate flavors, good balance.

Flaska från Belgiuminabox. Opak mörkbrun vätska med en biege skumpuck. Rostade aromer, torkad frukt, mörk sirap, skog. Mörk belgare / porter. Mjuk och len men mer kolsyrad som belgiska porter brukar vara, söt smakbild med mörkt socker, torkad frukt, mjuk kaka men ändå ganska torr utan att vara särskilt besk. Aska, jord och mjöl finns i eftersmaken ihop med frukt inlagd i sprit. Trevlig även om lite mer alkohol och sötma nog lyft smakerna. Trevlig höstöl

Fles thuis geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een roodbruin bier met een medium beige schuim. Het aroma is geroosterde mout en gist. De smaak is moutig, nootachtig met tonen van zoethout.

A very dark brown beer, a head is big and light beige. Aroma has dark and dried fruitness, apricot, hint of sour bread. Taste has dried fruitness, low dark maltyness. Medium bodied. Pretty nice, simple.

Pour is a brown with a large tan head. Aroma is brown ale malt with some cocoa powder. Flavor is a lot of dry cocoa powder some toasted malt and a bit of caramel. Kind of a Belgian brown ale. Decent beer but I did not get anything Belgian out of this.
