Draught at Callister, Vancouver
Cloudy amber color, no head. The gin enhances the fruity character of the aroma. Mild Saison, to which the oak and the gin add a pleasant touch, a bit of bitterness from it in the final too. Balanced, with edges.

Draft - Tons of herbal lemongrass, very perfumy. Cloudy gold with a nice white head. Sweet herbal and and perfumy notes. Lots of aromatics as expected, maybe too much.

On tap at Farmhouse Festival Vancouver, pours a cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is huge on the juniper, with miscellaneous spicy notes and light tartness. Flavour is very earthy and herbal, with loads of juniper and spiciness. Pretty harsh and herbal on the finish. Not a fan.
