Can - Sweet and yeasty. Clear gold. Light Apple, clean finish with a sweet finish. Pretty boring.

500mL can, pours a clear dull blonde with a small white head. Aroma of medium intensity apples, with moderate sweetness and low acidity. Flavour is along the same lines, with medium sweetness and low acidity. Not a very complex cider but it's pretty clean. Acceptable.

On tap at Hopworks Bikebar. Pours a clear gold with no head. The aroma is apple and oak. Thin mouth, tart, apple skin, light dry finish, good.

On tap at the Bike Bar. Pours a golden hue with a small white head. A big fresh apple nose. Oak, crisp sweet apples, fleshy pulp. Quite nice. Simple and easy. Good cider.

Clear light golden with a small white ring, no lacing. Aroma of apples and sulfur. Taste of fresh apples and pears, sharp bite in the finish
Nice, crisp.
