A dry-hopped west coast pale ale with an emphasis on hop flavour rather than bitterness. Subtle malt combined with hop aromatics create a highly satisfying pale ale for any occasion. Pairs well with anything grilled! BBQ, ribs, burgers, veggie chili.

Draft - Pale malts, touch of spice and some grain. Clearish gold with a small white head. Some black tea leaf with some pale malts. OK. Can - Hop notes and citrus more pronounced, better.

On the 10th anniversary of Alibi Room. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is quite dirty with a stewed meat and some hops in the background. Taste is the same, but with a good piney hoppy bitterness. Hoppy bitterness aftertaste.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out biscuity malt, cereal notes and light hopping. Flavour is along the same lines, with biscuity malt, cheerios, and light hopping. Very ordinary. Nothing offensive but it could use some refinement.
