An English Dark Mild showcasing UK malt and hops, to give our take on a traditional pub ale. COffee, chocolate and hazelnut flavours are balanced with earthy hop character. This particular cask has been conditioned with whisky soaked cacao nibs, to add a further depth of complexity.

Cask at Mild May Cask Fest, The Belmont, Vancouver
Brown color, enough chocolate, a bit roasty and dusty, soft carbonation, moderate sweetness.
Quite nice.

Cask - Chocolate, date and dark sugars. Muddy brown with a light brown frothy head. Dark cocoa and toast with a light finish.
