A special bridge of past and present that betters only with age. For some they may not give a damn Our guess, in summers they never swam. Or reveled in its old growth trees a wilderness they shall not seize. Conservation to appease, as tranquility is all we need.
Tasting Notes:
Notes of dark fruit, slight smokiness, hints of coffee and chocolate, complex spicy Belgian flavours with a clean finish.

On tap at White Sails, pours jet black with a small brown head. Aroma is bold, with molasses, burnt sugar, and Belgian yeast. Flavour reveals a lot of burnt caramel, molasses, Belgian yeast, and roasted malt. Cohesive, with lots of depth. The burnt character is assertive but totally fitting. Complex and well-integrated. Excellent.

Draft - Dark chocolate and dark fruit. Jet black brown with a decent brown head. Fruity, dark chocolate and boozy finish. Fruity and boozy for sure, but quite nice.
