A Marsh land rests peacefully. It’s winding trail canopied with old oak trees and wild brush fighting for space. With every step, you cue the orchestra of watchful birds. Their songs full of warning and rhythm. You walk deeper and traces of wood chips leave you a hint. Some where the Beaver builds his home. There is one house you can see, standing squat and alone. It’s red brick walls reminiscent of simple times. A bed, a stove and a table.
Tasting Notes:
Light but notable spicy Belgian flavour, lighter alcohol content making for a smooth and clean taste, very light hints of oak/tobacco with smooth chocolate and coffee notes. Highly Sessionable Belgian beer.

On tap at White Sails, pours a deep dark copper brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out light oak, old coffee grounds and Belgian yeast. Flavour is authentic, with notes of Belgian yeast, oak and light coffee grounds. Clean, dry and very flavourful, especially for a 3.6% beer. Very good.

Draft - Clove, dark fruit and earthy muddy notes. Deep dark jet brown with a small light brown head. Muddy me dirty notes with clove and a light clean body. Interesting but not my thing.
