From cobble streets and top hat greets to the “back in my days” with their simpler ways. When mayors dressed in pirate clothes, why he chose, no one knows. Nanaimo bars and bath tub races, coal mine traces and war time faces. This, is our Old City.
Tasting Notes:
This single malt and single hop (SMASH) ale has a simple clean malt flavour, is crisp and refreshing with a light fruity and floral hop character. Very approachable and highly quaffable.

On tap at White Sails, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out light citrus notes and dry crisp crackery malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with bright citrus and crisp crackery malt backing. Well-balanced, clean and very drinkable. Nicely constructed.

Draft - Pale malts with a touch of sweet grain and lemon. Clear pale gold with a decent white head. Nice light grains and a clean finish. Hops not really shining through here.
