Draft - Lemon and white grape. Clear gold with a decent white head. Lots of nice Woody oak, tart some citrus and funk. Solid.

On tap at North Fork, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out wild yeast and white wine barrels upfront, followed by some Belgian yeast. Flavour brings out lots of wild yeast upfront, followed by lovely vinous notes. Quite complex and wonderfully integrated. Excellent.
