On tap at Honey Moon, pours a clear golden blonde with no head. Aroma brings out intense honey sweetness with a touch of wild yeast. Flavour is really complex, with loads of honey, lots of booze and just enough wild yeast to make this unique. Really nice stuff. Really digging this.

Bottle - Nice warm floral honey. Clear gold. Loght sourness up front, honey notes and a little dry and puckering tart finish. Very neat, like it a lot.
