On tap at McKay's Taphouse, pours a clear bronze with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out lots of bourbon notes upfront, followed by Belgian yeast. Flavour is along the same lines, with a surprising cohesiveness between the Belgian yeast and bourbon barrels. Really well done.

Draft - Lots of woody notes and some soured malts. Clear gold with a nice white head. Tons of Woody notes and a touch of sourness. Sourness isn’t really sour but not sure how to describe it. Very Woody.

Sampled from the tap at El Bait Shop. Pours a clear amber orange with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of light fruits with some grain, a bit of oak and a light bourbon note. Flavor has light fruits and grass up front with grains in the finish as well as a dry oak finish.

Bourbon barrel aged version, rich and robust, nice sticky amber body. Barrel aging adds a whole other level of complexity to this beer, smoke, nuts and maple syrup. Nicely done

On tap at Bier:Thirty Hazy orange light tan. Just a slight skin of an off white head. The Belgian yeast flavors are not very big, and yes, a little sour notes as well. the bourbon touch is also subtle, also decent IBU factor. Nice
