On nitro tap at Elizabeth Station, pours a dark reddish brown with a small beige head. Aroma is fairly robust for the style, with roasted malt and almost a slight spiciness. Flavour is along the same lines, with roasted malt and light biscuity notes. Robust but very ordinary. Solid for what it is.

Draft - Dark roasty notes with some chocolate. Jet black with a decent beige head. Dark roast, nice bitterness and a long finish. Nothing stands out, but very well done.

Nitro draft pint pour at the brewery. Turns out Nitro Porter isn’t just a clever name for a regular old porter. Swirling dark brown and black pour with a typical nitro thick cream head. Near absent, malty aroma. Thick cream body with a very light roasted flavor. Most of the flavor comes through late into the palate. Lingering roasted malt flavor. Comes off to me as a low abv nitro stout. Surprised to see it at over 6% Overall a fun beer.
