The aroma is beefy peppery spice grain on the nose, has a clear body with yellow minimal white head. Flavour is soft mellow grains with a white wunderbread kick. Mouthfeel is full and a bit dry, just fine. This is an okay saison yet hardly memorable.

Can - Belgian yeasty notes, lemon peel and some wet grass. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Peppery, sweet and some steely notes with a dry finish. Bitter almost herbal finish.

Draught at Alibi Room, Vancouver
Hazy to cloudy blond color, compact head. The aroma is not bad, mildly spicy, but the flavor comes with a mild sourness that doesn’t blend well with the spicy yeast and the relatively strong bitterness. Lightly vegetable too.
Not a bad beer, a bit confused, not harmonious.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out citrus zest, rustic farmhouse notes and some harsh hoppiness. Flavour is along the same lines, being a hop forward saison, with citrus zest, rustic farmhouse notes and floral notes. A bit abrasive and completely inauthentic, but reasonable done. Meh.
