Cloidy pale color. Mild fruity aroma. Dry and smooth; lightly fruity, but loaded with bready yeast, possibly autolysis. Low bitterness.

On cask at St. Augustine's, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out loads of juicy pears - not much else. Flavour brings out dusty dry pears upfront, followed by lacto and dry bready notes. Not an especially pleasing result here, despite the solid effort. Lacking complexity. Okay.

Cask - Light sweet pear. Cloudy light gold with a nice white head. Sweaty funk, touch of pear and a light finish. Light funk, no sourness and a sweet light finish. Nice for a cask sour.
