Cloudy dull gold color. The aroma is more boozy than the average, the mouthfeel as well; some aroma of apples, some glue too. Sweet, not syrupy, it has a sharp level of acidity, flavor of fresh apple juice, followed by a bit of toffee and stewed apples, and a hint of cinnamon.
Nice and boozy drink, but not nearly as good as the Canadian ones.

0.375cl bottle at Matt’s place. Aroma is sweet, ripe apples with some notes of lacquer. Taste is tart, sour and sweet. Very good.

375mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a tiny white head. Aroma is very rich, with lots of caramelized apples, toffee and brown sugar. Flavour is complex as hell, with loads of treacle toffee, caramelized apples and brown sugar. Elegant as hell. One of the best non-Canadian ice ciders I've ever had. Phenomenal.

Bottle - Sweet Apple and orange with a touch of spice. Clear gold. Nice sweet Apple with some peel notes. Touch of spice and a long sticky finish. Pretty nice. Thanks Beau.

Bottle. Sweet earthy apple and alcohol aroma. Slightly haze pale copper, no head per usual for cider. Sweet tart apple flavor with a light metallic note, and alcohol. Medium body.
