Draught at the brewery
Golden color, clean, no head. Very pleasant sour, not aggressive, with a quince feeling more than apricot, and not too dry; refreshing acidity.
Very good.

On tap at Wander, pours a clear pale golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is almost nonexistent, with light lacto and some faint tropical fruits in there. Flavour is very fruity and sweet, with marmalade, pineapple, and a little apricot. Like a jammy, marmalade cake or something. Decent stuff.

Draft - Loght fruity juice notes. Clear gold with a small white head. Light earthy grainy tartness. Slight acidity but little apricot. Nice balance, but boring.

Growler shared by Eugene. Rating #2004, the same year the Red Sox broke their curse. Now we need to break ours. We don’t really have one, but it feels like it sometimes. Light clear golden pour with almost no head. Very mild grainy aroma with minimal fruit. High bite carb with a soft corn and grain. Not enough apricot to make a solid impression. Still noticeable though. Overall, an alright beer, but this base beer sits better with other flavors added.

Growler from Chucks. Very pale color. Also, head nonexistent. Aroma is surprisingly fruitless and not too sour. Flavor is tart which is nice. It’s light. But all the fun fruit aspects are missing.
