On tap at Honey Moon. Pours clear pale blonde. Apple cores and granny smith apple skins on the nose. Flavour is thin, like pressed apple water. A dry cider does not need to be lifeless.

On tap at Honey Moon, pours a clear blonde with no head. Aroma is very dry, with some funk and very dry apples. Flavour is bone dry, with exceedingly dry green apples with a slight astringency. Not exactly elegant, as there are harsh boozy elements. It's okay.

Tap room - Semi sweet fleshy apple. Pale gold. Very dry apple notes with an almost grape note, like champagne.
