Noblesse is a noble blond high fermentation beer. Referred to as “transition beer” for those people who are seasoned lager drinkers, but now like to try something different. The fresh hoppiness and drinkability lends the beer as an excellent aperitif beer. Thirst-quenching, with a spicy aftertaste and a sweet aftertaste.

Cerveza rubia de aspecto turbio, forma una abundante corona de espuma jabonosa que si bien disminuye rápido no termina de desaparecer. Aroma a cereal, pan, fruta de hueso, pera y especias. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of citrus fruits, yeast, malt, spices, some hops. Flavour is citrussy sweetness, with lots of spice and some nice hoppy bitterness in the aftertaste. Very nice brew!

Bottle drunk in the theater at home with a chocolate eclair. Clear gold with a medium sized cream colored head. Nose is cedar-woody, dry, mild Belgian herbal yeast notes. Very big and meaty flavor, Miami ands herbal woodiness. Very nice, well balanced smooth bitterness, bring it on!

It has that heavy phenolic spice from the Belgian yeast. Dank. Bitterness is also firm. Tastes stronger than 5.5%. Good, not great. Bierbaum ams (3.5 may 2021) Lowered rating, acrid. Bierkonig ams
