Chuckanut’s Mexican Style Lager is a traditional Mexican style beer the color of sunshine with a light body, slightly bready malt flavor and thirst quenching finish. What makes this Mexican Style beer special is that it’s brewed in the NW so it’s a very fresh, crystal, crispy beer! We hope it brings visions of sunshine and warmth on a cold day! Try it with a slice of lime to add a bit of fruitiness on the palette.
Food Pairing
Chuckanut’s Mexican Style lager is similar but fresher than other Mexican style beers in the US. It goes without saying that this beer goes great with any Mexican food but think about enjoying it with any spicy food or salads.

Draught. Pours gold with white head. Light grass aroma. Medium flavour, rather pleasant with a good hop edge. Might be good with nachos.

On tap at April Brews Day, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma and flavour bring out grassy hops and cereal malts in good balance. Dry and grassy on the finish. Well-constructed for what it is, just not ambitious at all. Meh.

Draft - Light corn sweetness. Light pale gold with a decent white head. Light sweet honey and grain notes with a touch of bitterness. Much too nice for a Mexican Lager.
