Draught at the brewery
Blond color. This yeast brought an infinite level of fruitiness to aroma and flavor; it’s moderately sour, very drinkable. A lot of character.
Excellent.

On tap at Old Abbey, pours a cloudy dull golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of funky bretty notes, vinegar and citrus notes. Flavour is along the same lines, with barnyard funk, citrus, vinegar and acidic notes. Not exactly harmonious, as the acidic and vinegary qualities kind of dominate. Okay.

Draft - Bretty fruit, white grape and some tart notes. Clear gold with a nice white head. Soured grapes and a touch off odd bitterness with a long finish. Smells ok, but tastes weird.
