Draught at the brewery
Lighter, drier and wheaty-er version of the Brett Sour, but with the same great fruity results from this yeast. Lightly funky too.
Light and refreshing.
Great.

On tap at Old Abbey, pours a golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out dry funky notes, with Belgian yeast and crackery notes. Flavour is rather off, with harsh funky notes, some cardboard, and dry biscuity malt. Definitely something wrong here. Off-notes all over the place.

Draft - Lots of fruity Brett notes. Clear gold with a decent white head. Light fruity Brett but some odd cardboard notes.
