Brown color. Some balsamic notes, moderately sweet, round mouthfeel, very light notes of acetone, light Parmesan and umami rich. Not too elegant, but nice.

Draft - Dark sweet and tart malts, touch of cherry and vinous notes. Deep brown with a decent beige head. Dark soured toffee and Woody notes with a bit of raisin. Solid.

On tap at Bomber, pours a deep dark amber brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out lots of woody red wine barrels, with some balsamic and tart cherries. Flavour is dominated by the wood and red wine upfront, followed by loads of balsamic vinegar, and sour cherries. Well-balanced and complex. The vinegar isn't too much, but is well-situated among everything else. Lots of tannins on the finish. Really nice.
