Pours reddish brown with a smooth head. Aroma of leather, smoky wood, ham, toffee and syrup. Taste is smooth, sweetish and woody with loads of leather, ham, toffee, smoke and caramel. Finish is smoky, woody and leathery with loads of ham and toffee. Quite a smoky leather overdose.

On tap at Haandbryggeriet Beer Festival. Deep chesnut coloured with off-white head. Smoky aroma eith lots of bonfire, hints of wood, bacon and some earthy notes. Medium sweet with wooden and smoky notes, mild carsm er l and a light bitterness. Tasty smoked beer, but slightly one dimensional.

Tap at CBC 2014. Beer in the glass brownish-copper colored, nice head. Malty dry aroma. Starts intense malty, toasted-smokey, not too intense. Mild dry background. Finish well balanced, soft-malty. Nice!

Keg at the Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014, red session. 03/05/2014. Deep amber coloured pour with a sticky cream head. Aroma is smoked malts, tcp, smoked phenols, medicinal. Flavour is harsh peat malts, smoked phenols. Some redeeming wood and berry. Palate is medium light, moderate carbonation. grainy on the tongue.

Tap@SÖSB. Rubinröd vätska med tätt cremefärgat skum. Doften kan misstas för att vara en rökig whisky. Tjärpastill, havssalt och lite asfalt. Röktorven dominerar fullständigt.
